About me
My journey to naturopathic medicine was driven by personal health challenges and the comfort and relief I found in naturopathic care. Having experienced anxiety, burnout, digestive and immune issues myself, I am highly aware of the impact these can have on quality of life and I am thrilled to be in a position to support others in their journeys to optimizing health.
My passion lies in understanding the nervous system and its profound impact on all organ systems. Whether we are addressing digestion, mental health, chronic pain, immune dysfunction, or any other health concern, the role of the nervous system cannot be overlooked if we are seeking optimal health and well-being.
In addition to my naturopathic practice, I also devote my time to practicing and teaching acroyoga, immersing myself in nature, and nurturing connections with friends.
As someone who was born and raised in Toronto by two Belgian parents, I am pleased to offer appointments in both English and French.
Please feel free to reach out to me for a consultation or to learn more about how naturopathic medicine can support you on your path to wellness.
I am looking forward to connecting with you!

My Approach
My philosophy is to treat the whole person, not just their symptoms. I work with my patients to identify the underlying cause of their health concerns and develop a personalized treatment plan that addresses their unique needs. I believe in the healing power of nature and use evidence-based natural therapies to support my patients' health and well-being. As a Naturopathic Doctor, I am committed to empowering my patients to take an active role in their health and to achieve their best possible quality of life.

I am also deeply committed to providing trauma-informed care. I understand that past traumas can have a significant influence on overall well-being and health. With a compassionate and sensitive approach, I aim to create a safe and supportive space for individuals who have experienced trauma.
